We need to take necessary Steps forward to bridge the Gap in Engineering Accreditation Vs Industrial Needs :
a) To have Industry & Institution Partnership
b) To design engineering programs based on graduate attributes & the competency / skills required to meet the stated needs of the Industry
c) To design the programme in line with the Global Changes both Educational & Industrial needs
d) To design a holistic programme which entails the development of students personality in terms to Attitude , social interaction & management Competence etc
e) To facilitate students with Industrial / Social Exposure : Thru regular Industrial Visit / Management Lectures / Industry Partnership with focused / measurable projects & learning’s
f) To employ /deploy the Faculty having Industrial expertise / knowledge to ascertain the Industrial needs .
g) To Benchmark the Process of Learning : Thru Programmes : Faculty upgradation etc
h) To deploy Education Barometer : To map the Learning’s / developments / behaviour / Infrastructure ( 8 to 10 Key Attributes ) expectations thru regular students / Professor Surveys
